These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and zt777g ("we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports or any informational content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To access the full range of Platform services, you must register a single Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during registration or KYC.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

4.1 KYC and Identity Verification

We may require you to complete KYC procedures at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to a specific transaction. KYC documentation may include a government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC when required will have withdrawal facilities suspended pending verification. Accounts found to have provided false documentation will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Any additional accounts opened by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address or device — are considered duplicate accounts. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited and the accounts permanently closed.

By using the Platform you agree to the following conditions of use:

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform may reference Pakistan-familiar payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and card-based options as educational context. Whether these methods are available for a given transaction depends on the operator's cashier configuration and the payment provider's own terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, multipliers and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

8.1 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are suspended and reopened at the Platform's discretion. Delays in accepting bets during live events may occur due to odds recalculation. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where zt777g is not licensed to operate.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any account interaction.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their consent and without our knowledge.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation — including providing or acting on inside information regarding cricket, PSL, ICC or any other event.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using software, scripts, bots or any automation tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or to exploit the Platform in any manner.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

10. Responsible Gambling

zt777g is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all Users to set personal limits on their gambling activity and to seek help if they feel their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• zt777g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13. Amendments

zt777g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, we may also notify registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt777g holds its applicable operating license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
